WHO WE ARE

The store runs on Shopify technology, which hosts the website and processes some data on our behalf.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
Contact and delivery data: name, delivery and billing address, phone number and email.
Order data: products and services purchased, amounts, returns and cancellations.
Payment data: payments are processed by payment service providers. We do not store your full card number.
Account data, if you create one: username, password and preferences.
Communications: messages you send us by email, phone or form.
Booking data, if you book tastings, private events or consulting: date, location, number of participants and any information you give us to organise the service.
Newsletter data: your email and, where applicable, your name, when you subscribe.
Technical data: IP address, device, browser and website usage information, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS
To process orders, payments, shipments, returns and refunds, and to provide the services you have booked. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
To issue invoices and comply with tax, accounting and consumer protection obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
To comply with the rules on selling alcoholic beverages only to people aged 18 or over. Legal basis: legal obligation.
To respond to support requests and complaints. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
To send the newsletter and marketing emails, including discount codes, only if you subscribe. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To measure website usage and show personalised advertising through non-essential cookies. Legal basis: consent.

WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
We only share data when necessary, with:
Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders and payments.
Payment providers, to process your purchase.
CTT Expresso, to deliver your order. We share your name, address, phone number and email.
Invoicing and accounting services, if we use them.
Email tools, to send the newsletter.
Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some providers, such as Shopify, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, we require appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

COOKIES
We use essential cookies for the store to work (cart, session, security) and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage your preferences in the website's cookie banner and in your browser settings.

HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with the law. Invoicing documents are kept for the period required by tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Customer support data is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to establish or defend legal claims.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at geral@sommconcierge.com. We reply within one month at the latest and may ask you to confirm your identity. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the end of each email. We will still send you emails about your orders.

COMPLAINTS
If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

MINORS
The store is intended only for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has given us data, contact us so that we can delete it.

SECURITY
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no measure is infallible. We recommend that you do not send sensitive data through insecure channels.
